長期平均を100として日本は66, United Statesは100, Britainは132
もし長期平均に回帰すると考えれば、イギリスの住宅価格はまだ下がる。
price-to-rent ratio、住宅価格/年間賃料、は、
長期平均を100として日本は約70, USは約120, Britainは約135.
これも長期平均に回帰すると考えると、US, Britainはまだ下がる。

私見:
日本の住宅価格について、price-to-rent raitoからは賃料が下がる事でも回帰するように思うけど、price-to-income ratioが長期平均と比べて低いからやっぱり住宅価格が上昇する事で回帰するのかな。とにかくこの先日本の住宅価格は上昇する余地はあるってことか。
